About Roomwise
Roomwise keeps one calendar for every room in your church, office or building. Draw your floor plan by dragging rooms into place, then see at a glance what's free and what's booked at any time. Book rooms once or every week, and Roomwise stops double bookings. Mark requests as pending until they're confirmed, print or copy the day's schedule, and ask for a room in plain words, like "a room for 25 with a projector Tuesday evenings".
- Is Roomwise free?
- Yes. No account, sign-up or trial, and it works in any browser on your phone or computer.
- Can members request rooms themselves?
- Not in this free version, which is for the person who manages the calendar. A custom version from GrowDaily can add an online request form with approvals and email confirmations.
- Does it stop double bookings?
- Yes. Roomwise checks every booking, including each week of a repeating one, and won't save a booking that overlaps another in the same room.
- Is it only for churches?
- No. It works for any building with shared rooms: offices and meeting rooms, coworking spaces, studios, schools and community centers.
- Where is my data kept?
- Everything you enter is saved in your own browser on this device. If you tap Save my progress and sign in with your email, a private copy is kept in your GrowDaily account so it comes back on any device. For AI room search, only your request, today's date and your rooms' feature names are sent.
