Questions people ask
- Will it ever say something our church doesn't teach?
- It's built to answer only from your library, and every answer must quote a real passage from it. If it can't, the visitor gets a polite "I couldn't find that in our teaching" and a way to reach a pastor. Your pastors also review answers before launch.
- Can it use our sermon videos or podcasts?
- Yes, through transcripts. Many churches already have them from YouTube captions or a transcription service. We'll help you choose which sermons to include, usually the most recent year first.
- Can we start with staff only?
- Yes, and many churches should. A private version for staff and volunteers is a great way to test it before inviting the whole church or putting it on your website.
- What about prayer requests and personal questions?
- It doesn't collect prayer requests or personal details, and it doesn't counsel. It points people to your care team, and anyone in crisis to 988 and emergency help.
- Will it work with our website?
- It can usually sit on its own page or as a small chat box on the site you already have. We'll check your website platform on the first call.
- What does it cost?
- The first 20-minute call is free. Setup is priced up front based on the size of your library, and running costs are a small monthly amount based on how many questions people ask. Optional monthly care is priced separately.
